This exclusive 3.5" glass bottom quaich draws its inspiration from one of Scotland's most famous Royals. In 1745 Bonnie Prince Charlie's quaich travelled with him and the Scottish Army from Edinburgh to Derby. The bottom was made of glass so that the drinker could watch out for enemies amongst his companions.

- As this is the first Quaich I've ever purchased, I could only expect what the photo's had shown. I got it in 4 days time of purchase and couldn't believe the quality and craftsmanship! My 3.5" Bonnie Prince Charlie Quaich is far better in person than the web site pictures depict. It truly exceeded my expectations and is now proudly displayed on the engraved Plinth (also purchased here) in my home. I will most certainly make future purchases here. Slàinte mhath! The Quaich is a nice product, but I am disappointed by the engraving, I think i may have missed the element which said about where to place the text, so in my head I had that the engraving would be on the glass at the bottom, but when it arrived the engraving was on the side. Because there are several characters involved the size is such that its now quite hard to read. As I say maybe me and I missed that I was supposed to give clear instruction on where to place the engraving, however it appears the default place is not where I would have put it. When I didn't include any additional instruction nobody checked either. please remember to fill in the additional box to avoid disappointment.
